STORAGE FACILITY FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL PRODUCTS:
This 10,400 square feet building has masonry walls, and a bar joist and metal deck with membrane roof. It includes a 2,500 square feet mezzanine. While it is “free standing”, it was the 3rd building on this site. The owner conducted day to day operations throughout construction with minimal interference from our construction.
STORAGE WAREHOUSE FOR SOUTHERN ELECTRIC:
This 13,500 square feet steel building has 10′ masonry walls with metal panels above. The front of the building has a mezzanine and the exterior reflects the looks of their offices across the street which we built 14 years earlier.
WAREHOUSE ON CHERRY PALM:
This 14,800 square feet warehouse and office was the fifth building we had done for the owner. Again, we used a steel building roof system with masonry walls and decorative metal panels to enhance the building’s appearance. It included a vertical wall retention system.
